    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Knowledge or Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Source potential candidates from various online job portals.
  • Screen resumes from job portal, incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Salary Negotiation with Candidates based on the Budget criteria given by Clients.
  • Scheduling Interviews based on Client feedback
  • Coordinating with Client regarding Interview Schedules and Feedback.
  • Regular follow ups until Candidate Joining
    PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Pursue a degree or certification in human resources or a related field.
  • Gain experience in the recruitment process through internships or other opportunities.
  • Knowledge in MS Office.
